From the JERSEY FOOD BLOG - The name says it all! Just off the Morristown Green, Jersey Boy boasts a 1980’s neon pink awning and giant paintings of (lifelike?) NJ legends such as Bruce Sprinsteen on the inside walls. You can’t miss it if you tried. Really…tried. This bagel joint is located directly underneath my old office. It is safe to say I visited this bagel noshery at least twice a week. I also harassed the store into finally selling me one of their employee T-shirts. Jersey Boy Bagels boasts a wide variety of bagel flavors, cream cheeses, and signature sandwiches. The bagels are doughy, filling, and excellent with a cup of Jersey Boy coffee. I am a huge fan of their egg bagel. The attitude behind the counter is abrupt and efficient…you’re in, you eat, you get on with your life. Jersey to the core.
